What a shame, we're just as disappointed as you are! But have no fear, online purchases can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
IN STORE Return policy
For purchases made in-store, we'll offer exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. See below for a few Terms & Conditions that may apply.

RETURNS & Exchanges
The following criteria must be met on inspection for both online returns and in-store exchanges:
All original tags must be attachedAll items must be returned in the same condition they were received
All items have not been worn
All items are free of any odours
All items must be in saleable condition
REFUNDS
Your refund for online purchases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 week for processing.
RETURN POSTAGE
For all countries we unfortunately don't cover the cost of return postage. We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep receipt of postage as we are not responsible for lost parcels by mail providers. If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised item, please email info@bestdaysvintage.co.uk
This does not affect your statutory rights.
