What a shame, we're just as disappointed as you are! But have no fear, we're here to satisfy you and to make things as simple as possible we offer a 100 day returns service to all our customers.  

ONLINE return policy

You can return any item purchased online that you are not completely happy with for a refund, within 120 days of receiving them. You can either pop into the shop or post it back to us. See below for steps on how to do this plus a few Terms & Conditions.

IN STORE Return policy

For purchases made in-store, we offer exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.  See below for a few Terms & Conditions that may apply.

RETURNS & Exchanges

The following criteria must be met on inspection for both online returns and in-store exchanges:

All original tags must be attached
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received
All items have not been worn
All items are free of any odours
All items must be in saleable condition


Your refund for online purchases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 week for processing.


For all countries we unfortunately don't cover the cost of return postage.  We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep receipt of postage as we are not responsible for lost parcels by mail providers. If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised item, please email
